At Little Love Magnets, we take great pride in creating personalised, custom-made photo magnets that are crafted especially for you. Because each product is made to order using your unique photos and personalisation details, please read our policy carefully.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. Each magnet is uniquely made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number at hello@littlelovemagnets.com.au
- We do not take responsibility for poor-quality images (e.g. pixelated, blurry, or screenshots). Please upload the best possible version.
- Minor colour, cropping or alignment differences are normal in handmade items and are not considered faults.
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Image Quality
Please ensure the photos you submit are of high resolution. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
Image Licence & Ownership
By submitting photos to Little Love Magnets, you confirm that:
- You are the owner of the image(s) or have full permission from the owner to use them
- You grant Little Love Magnets a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your submitted image(s) solely for the purpose of producing your order
- We will never use, share, or reproduce your personal photos for any other purpose without your explicit written consent
- You take full responsibility for ensuring you have the rights to any image submitted, including photos featuring other people
Privacy & Personal Data
At Little Love Magnets, your privacy is important to us. When you place an order, we collect personal information (such as your name, email address, shipping address, and uploaded photos) solely to fulfil your order.
- Your personal data and photos are stored securely and are never sold or shared with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. printing partners or shipping providers)
- Uploaded photos are deleted from our systems once your order has been produced and dispatched
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@littlelovemagnets.com.au
Social Media & Marketing Permission
We love sharing the beautiful creations our customer's order! However, we will never post your personalised magnets or photos on our social media channels without your permission.
If you are happy for us to feature your order on our social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), please let us know at the time of ordering or via email. By giving your consent, you agree that:
- Little Love Magnets may share an image of your product on our social media pages and marketing materials
- Your personal details (full name, address, etc.) will never be shared publicly
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us
If you have not given explicit permission, your order and photos will remain completely private.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are placed via a dedicated tab on our website:
- Orders must be paid in full before production.
- Flat rate shipping does not apply; a custom quote will be provided.

Licensed Content
We do not replicate copyrighted or trademarked material such as Disney, Marvel, sports teams, or characters.
Orders including licensed content will be cancelled and refunded
